As the cooler weather starts to close in, the Authority continues to observe the regions estuary entrances.
The regions estuaries open and close naturally as determined by river flows, rainfall, sea conditions and wind directions. The Authority monitors the health of the estuaries - analysing water levels and quality, and weather conditions for potential closures and re-openings.
